What was I doing in Liverpool? Well I was fulfilling one of the to do’s that I had promised myself as part of an indulgent long weekend.
Liverpool is currently hosting the UK Biennial – an event that happens in the city every 2 years, which for an art lover living in the North West would be a crime to miss.

If you love to challenge your mind with contemporary ideas and stories, the sheer volume of art that is currently in Liverpool will make you feel over whelmed. You’ve got to go!
In fact, catch a train and stay overnight – it’s well worth it. Just make sure you’re wearing your comfy winter boots
